How to use

Dosage and routine

For meaningful results, we recommend regular use for at least 3 months.

2 capsules daily

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning and evening, approximately 30 minutes after a meal. Drink with a sufficient amount of liquid. The package contains 60 capsules (~1 month's supply).
