Skeeneffect | LOYALTY CLUB DISCOUNTS

1) General provision

The “Skeen Stars” loyalty program is a reward system for online store customers skeeneffect.sk, operated by Skeeneffect, sro, Kutlíková 17, 852 50 Bratislava, Company ID 55473491; Tax ID 2121995315; VAT ID SK2121995315.

Participation in the loyalty program is voluntary. Entry is not possible without familiarizing yourself with these terms and conditions and expressing your agreement to them. The terms and conditions will always be available at our website.

You earn points for every purchase and also for the following activities:

  • Program registration – 20 welcome points
  • Newsletter subscription – 20 points + 5 % discount
  • Sharing products on social media – 25 points
  • Text review on the site – 50 points
  • Before and after photo review – free Sunbears product

2) Skeen Stars Levels

  • Level 1 – 100 points (Shine) – Free cosmetic bag
  • Level 2 – 300 points (Luminous) – 10 % discount on every purchase
  • Level 3 – 600 points (Celestial) – 15 % discount on every purchase
  • Level 4 – 900 points (Eternal) – 20 % discount on every purchase

3) Participation in the “Skeen Stars” loyalty program”

Participation is free. You can register when purchasing or directly at this link.

An online account will be created for each customer with information about purchases and points. You will be notified by email about each purchase and points earned.

4) Conditions for redeeming points

  • Points are awarded only after the goods are delivered (order status “Goods delivered”)
  • Points are rounded to whole numbers.
  • Review points are only awarded once a year
  • Some products may have extra points (e.g. in secret promotions)
  • Points cannot be exchanged for money.
  • The number of points does not expire, the discount at level 4 is lifelong

5) Termination of membership

Membership or program may be canceled. In such cases, members will be notified in advance by email. Unused points will not be refunded.

Membership also expires after the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data. The customer can terminate membership by sending a request to the address Skeeneffect, sro, Kutlíková 17, Bratislava.

6) Protection of personal data

Information about the processing of personal data can be found at https://skeeneffect.sk/gdpr/.

7) Final provisions

The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. They may be updated at any time - the current version will always be published on the website in the “Loyalty Club” section.
