Ingredients Botanical mixture of extracts of lemon verbena (Lippia citriodora Lam. Kunth.) and hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.), artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L.), mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba L) and botanical mixture of citrus bioflavonoids, medium chain trigycerides in powder, HPMC capsules

Recommended daily dosage: Take 2 capsules every day before a meal with the highest carbohydrate or sugar content (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, anything sweet).

WARNING: Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children! Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 5-25°C. Protect from moisture. The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant and lactating women after consulting a physician.

Our advice: For best positive effects, we recommend taking it for 3-6 months.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The best time to take the product is before a meal or snack with the highest starch content (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, oats) or sugars (dessert, sweet treats, juices). This will allow it to reduce your biggest glucose spike of the day.

If you're not sure which food this might be for you, read on.

Let's analyze your eating habits to determine when it's best for you to take Metabolic Health:

  • Do you usually eat the most carbs for breakfast (maybe you eat pastries and can't part with your morning orange juice)?
  • Do you often have a sandwich for lunch at work?
  • Do you crave a cookie in the afternoon?
  • Do you like to have pasta or other carbohydrates for dinner?

This data would indicate when you eat the most carbohydrates and sugars.

If you're not sure, have a Metabolic Health before dinner, as this is often the meal that contains the most starches or sugars. If dinner is not a high carbohydrate meal, we recommend having the product with your meal in the morning, but normal eating habits suggest eating larger portions in the evening when ingestion is appropriate.

Once a day, before the meal that contains the most carbohydrates or sugars. If you do not eat carbohydrates or sugars, the recommended use is also 2 capsules once a day, whenever you want.

2 capsules, 1 to 10 minutes before meals.

The glucose level will increase by 30 mg/dl (or 1.7 mmol/l) compared to the glucose level before the meal.

For example, if your glucose is at 90 mg/dl (5 mmol/l) before a meal, a spike is considered to be an increase to over 120 mg/dl (6.7 mmol/l) about 2 hours after a meal.
